It's been a really good year for Kalafina and although this news has been making it's rounds in the last week, I would still like to write about it because it makes me happy. :)

With such stellar overall rankings, it's not surprising that Kalafina's two The Best albums ranked high on the Japanese music chart on mora as well.

Of course there are other sales charts in Japan still, these rankings were good enough to make the news on a few music news websites, so I think they're nothing to sneeze at. :)
The same news articles also highlighted Kalafina's first appearance at the 「COUNTDOWN JAPAN 14/15」rock festival. And yet another appearance on Utage! :) Actually, it's not just one more appearance on Utage!, they trio will be appearing on two consecutive weeks on the music programme on TBS. They will appear on episodes that will be aired on the 15th and 22th of this month. :)
過去2回の出演時には、DREAMS COME TRUEの「LOVE LOVE LOVE」、今井美樹の「PIECE OF MY WISH」を披露。

According to the news articles, Kalafina's past two appearances on Utage! were very well received. They sang Dreams Come True's "Love Love Love" on their first appearance and Imai Miki's "Piece of my Wish" on their second appearance. The news articles are reporting that Kalafina topped the Japan twipple trend ranking on their last two appearances. I guess that's why they've been invited back again and for two consecutive weeks no less. :) I have to say though, they were really, really, really good on both their appearances on Utage! I really enjoyed watching them.
By the way, fellow Singaporeans, Hello Japan is currently airing Utage! on Singapore tv, I think it usually airs on Mondays and Tuesdays with a few re-runs during the day.
I'm really looking forward to more of them on Utage! that's for sure. :)
p.s. Utage! on Hello Japan comes with English subtitles. And if I had know they were screening this on Hello Japan, I would most certainly have tried to watch the episodes where Kalafina show up. But I only found out at AFA2014 that Hello Japan is screening Utage! and I have no idea what episode they are at right now.
