Oh... also, I hope you know that the Kalafina Cafe is no longer there. It was only hosted at Parco for a week as part of the promotional events for the release of the After Eden album. So if you are thinking of looking for the cafe now... sadly... it is no longer there. :(

I wasn't in Japan at that time, so I wasn't able to go but my friend who lives in Tokyo went... lucky her. :)
