It's confirmed. CDJapan has updated their product pages to include the mousepad as the tokuten.  It comes with a slightly bigger photo of the mousepad... click the photo below to see the slightly larger size image from the one at the top.  Lunch hour's almost up... time to go. :)

Kalafina ~ Kimi no Gin no Niwa Special Live t-shirt box

This popped up on Spacecraft's online store sometime before lunch today but I decided to spend my limited time during my lunch hour writing about the listing of Kalafina's Heavenly Blue single instead. :)  It looks like they will only be releasing one version of this single unlike some of their previous releases where there have been Regular Editions, Anime releases etc.  I think this maybe in part because they will be concentrating on their THE BEST "Red"/"Blue" album releases.  And since this will be released quite soon after THE BEST album releases, I'm quite glad they seem to be thinking of their fans pockets by not releasing a horrible number of versions of Heavenly Blue.  Well, at least, I like to think that they were thinking of our pockets. :P  I ordered my copy already. :D

So the other thing I didn't get a chance to talk about was that Kalafina will be releasing another of their commemorative t-shirt boxs. They've done this a few times before and I bought the "to the beginning" set  and the "Consolation" set  although, technically, I think the Consolation set can't be considered a box.

This time we have a box set for the Kimi no Gin no Niwa Special Live.  This comes with a T-shirt, a muffler towel and book-cover that designed specially for the box, meaning that it won't be sold separately from this box-set.  There will also be a postcard included in the box.

Unfortunately, or fortunately (depending on which way you look at it =) ) for me, it's a white t-shirt and I don't really like white t-shirts.  Looks like I'll be saving some money on this. :)

You can purchase this either from the Spacecraft webstore itself or from Tsutaya.  I think both don't ship overseas though. :(  I'm not sure if these will pop up on CDJapan, HMV or Amazon.  They have popped up before and if they do, overseas fans can purchase them too.  But for now, looks like it's only those two places.

Gosh... really sleepy today... I think I'm going to have to call it an early night.  Oyasumi. :)

While I was looking for something Kalafina related on CDJapan, I stumbled upon this listing.  I don't think it's been official announced yet but it's listed on both CDJapan, HMV Japan and Amazon Japan now. :)  As I am writing this, it's not yet been announced on their twitter account or their website but I think it'll quite possibly be announced very soon.

Looks like we'll be getting a singles release for the theme song for the anime Aldnoah.Zero. :)  I wasn't sure if we were going to get one since the song is included in the THE BEST albums that were announced earlier but looks like we'll be getting them. :)

Currently it just lists a limited edition but that may change.  This is a limited run release and will only be available for purchase till the 31st October according to the text written in Japanese on CDJapan's product page.  It's either that or the 21st Oct which is the date given in the English text.  I'm inclined to think that the correct date should be the one in Japanese.  The single will be released on the 6th August.

Anyway, I have to go eat lunch now.  Busy day today.  There is something else Kalafina related I would like to write about... but now.... no time. :(

Mizuki Nana Live in Singapore ~ FB and video

Ah!!!  I figured out how to share the Facebook page!! :)

They have set up a special page for her live tour to Singapore and Taiwan.  It's her first solo live in Singapore. Yay!!

My friend is a huge Mizuki Nana fan but unfortunately for her, she may not be in Singapore on the 27th Sept. :(  If I was away from Singapore when Kajiura Yuki  or FictionJunction or Kalafina comes, I know I would be crushed. :(

I have another friend who is quite excited about her coming so I think it's likely that I'll go for her live.  I don't think I can go to the Radwimps live now because I just simply can't afford it right now. :(  And I'm still struggling about whether I will go for flumpool's live.  We'll see.... there are some purchases I really want to make and I will need to get a new phone soon because my S2 is slowly dying. :(

Sometimes, I really wish that Kajiura Yuki, FictionJunction and Kalafina are under Amuse.  Amuse has really been very active in South East Asia but SME doesn't seem to care about us much and neither does Flying Dog and JVC.  I mean seriously, Amuse brought in Perfume and have brought flumpool back a few times... both are huge names in the Japanese music industry now.  Ah well... no point moping... time to just concentrate on saving to go to Japan next year. :)

I may go for this in September... I think it is the 27th. I am mobile blogging now so it isn't that convenient for me to check. But that should be correct

I really wish Kalafina and Kajiura Yuki / FictionJunction would come for one man lives too. But so far no luck. South East Asia is finally seeing more and more love from the Japanese bands, musicians, vocal units, anisong artists etc because lots more of them are coming for one man lives and not just in festivals. But I am still waiting for my favourites to come. Hopefully...someday my dream will come true. :)

Kalafina ~ Japan Expo, Paris / Music Energy 2014

Hmmmmm.... looks like it's official.  The Japan Expo website has added Kalafina as one of the guests at the 5 day event. :)  CLICK ME to go to the Kalafina webpage on the Japan Expo site.

SMEJ and Kalafina's official webiste haven't made that announce yet but it's pretty much confirmed, in my opinion.

Today, Kalafina's website did announce one other thing.  They'll be one of the artist at the Music Energy 2014 lives.  If I remember correctly, this would make it the third year that they have participated in this event.  This will be on the 23rd September. :)

And lastly, don't forget to pre-order their soon to be released THE BEST albums if you have the money to do so. :)

Kalafina ~ THE BEST "REd" / "Blue" album - pocket message 2 / tokuten announce

Today's the 26th May which means that the second Pocket Message will start streaming off CLIP on your smart phones.

I checked it out today but my network must be unstable because it kept stuttering and I could not make out what they were saying.  The only thing I know for sure is that we will get a new message on the 13th June. :)

I like the way they did the new message by the way. :)  In the previous message, it was just a rectangle floating box with them in it.  This time, it looks way more like augmented reality because they keyed out the background and gave them a shadow at the bottom, so they look more like they are popping out from your monitor.  It's kinda cool. :)

For those who have not yet tried out CLIP and can't figure out how to, I wrote up a guide of how to do it in a previous post.  CLICK ME.

Also, SMEJ and Kalafina have announced via the various official websites and twitter accounts what the tokutens will be.  A few days ago, they announced what they were giving out special tokutens.  But I didn't pay too much attention because overseas fans can't get them anyway. :(  This involves sending in the coupon that comes with your purchase of the albums to try and win a towel or a mug.

Happily, today's tokuten announce is something overseas fans can get. :)  Once again, they are giving out postcards but this time it's not to everyone.  There are different postcards to collect from places like HMV, Tsutaya, Animate etc.  Customers who buy the albums through Rakuten Books will get something different from everyone else, they'll get an alternate jacket cover for the albums.  I wouldn't mind getting that but it'll be troublesome for me to order via Rakuten Books so no alternate jacket cover for me. :( As for those of us who purchase online from CDJapan, we'll be getting a mouse pad as our first press bonus present.  To read the actual announce from SMEJ, CLICK ME.
