Although it’s no longer a big secret, Ball Lightning, the drama series adaptation of Liu Cixin’s novel, has never officially announced its cast till today.
As part of a larger iQiyi drama showcase announcement, the official Weibo channel (along with the cast members) released the official poster and introduced their characters for the first time.
Little else is known besides this, but the timing likely means that audio post-production is complete (or nearing completion) and we are looking at a release before the end of the year.
YAY! Finally, this has been three years in the making. For Tong Yao fans, we can finally say hello to the Lin Yun soon.
