Ah! Too bad you aren't able to go to the HK lives. I can't too. I'm already committed to the Jan lives and was committed to them before the announced the HK and Taiwan legs. :( My pockets don't go that deep and I'm still recovering financially form the Oct trip, as I try and save as much as possible for the Jan trip. Hence, HK and Christmas lives are out of my reach. :'(
Kajiura sensei's Vol.12 book.... ah..... I guess I never did a proper unboxing of that release because I was posting random photos of it on twitter and on the blog.... I'll do a proper post for you in a bit.
Meanwhile, just a quick description. It's a hardcover release. Approximately 21cm x 15 cm. It's has 94 pages worth of print (photo pages included). There is one blank page at the front of the book and blank pages at the back for the Memorial stamps.
There are a several nice photos but it's more text heavy then the usual Kalafina pamphlets which are more like photo books with a few interview pages thrown in. Kajiura sensei's pamphlets will have interview pages with Kajiura sensei herself, all the FictionJunction vocalists and pages devoted to the guests vocalists and musicians. This release also includes a cross talk with the FBM and M-san, as well as a commentary from one of the editors of the Bessatsu Kadokawa magazine. Finally, this release also includes several pages of mail-in answers from the fans.
If you're a huge fan, then I think it's worth considering this release, especially if you can read Japanese. If you can't, then it's probably not as worthwhile a buy as a Kalafina pamphlet because there will be pages of text that you won't be able to understand. But there are quite a few photo pages in this release and they are quite nice.
I'll do a proper unboxing thing for you this weekend and leave u a message here when I'm done.
I won't be able to do it now... it's too late at night :( and tomorrow night (or rather, tonight), I won't be home till pretty late so I'm not sure if I can get to it then.
Rest is for the week!
ReplyDeleteHahahaha... *weak you mean? :)
