Madoka Magica Blu-ray Limited Edition arrived!!

Finally!!!! This finally arrived in the mail today at work. I cannot wait to open it and take photos etc.

I don't know if I can do it tonight because I won't be home till quite late and I am working and out late again tomorrow. Hopefully I will be able to get to this by Saturday night. :)

Looking forward to unboxing! I ordered a 2nd hand copy for myself. Arriving next week. Will be checking against your unboxing to ensure my copy is not missing any items XD

No obligations! As and when you are free but I'm sure many are looking forward to the unveiling of the blu-ray goodness :))

Yup, half of my Japanese blu-ray collect is 2nd hand. US releases anime releases being more affordable, I buy new. :) I have started buying 2D artbooks 2nd hand from Japan too, due to the high cost at Kinokuniya. But even so, my wallet is constantly crying ahaha! :P

Hi Stripey,

I'm done with the unboxing :) and the BD set is very AWESOME. :)

Yeah... I know what you mean about getting the 2nd hand stuff cuz of our crying wallets. :P My KnK LE DVD sets are all 2nd hand. So far I haven't bought any 2nd hand artbooks yet.

BTW... I wanted to ask you... do you want the booklets that came with the screening of the first two Madoka Magica movies? I have an extra copy and while I know people do auction these things off, I rather give them to a fellow fan. So if you want them.. they are yours. :)

cheers

So far, my experience with 2nd hand blu-ray is perfect. (Thankfully XD) 2nd artbooks.. well 80% I'm satisfied. Not sure if it's the delivery process or the intrinsic 2nd hand condition but I have a couple of slightly damaged artbooks. :P

And you are too generous! Heartfelt thanks for the kind offer but I really couldn't accept it. :) After all there are many bigger fans than myself including those you might be auctioning off to :))

Yup... 2nd hand BDs, DVDs and CDs from Japan are usually in pretty good condition. So far I've hand no problem with them.

2nd hand artbooks... that is something to consider getting in the future... your experience seems pretty positive... maybe I'll pick up one or two in the future and see how it goes. :)

RE: the Madoka booklets... u r welcome. I'm happy to offer it to a fellow anime & Kajiura Yuki fan. :)
